A long while back I discovered the website Crockpot 365 and fell in love. Not just because its crockpotting but because the writers daughter has celiac so just about all her recipes are gluten free. She published a cookbook last month and I love it. Granted in this case all the recipes are available online but I actually prefer this one in book format since I use it more often. So far we've tried these recipes:
They have all been awesome! Reed won't eat BBQ sauce so the casserole will have to be made either for lunches or when he'll be gone. The smoky refried bean soup is the best (to the family) yet. We're huge on refried beans in our house. We eat them as often as we can. Anyway this way it becomes more than just beans, there is added nutrition, taste. It's thin enough to eat with a spoon and enjoy (I HATE soup) but just thick enough to dip into as you eat. This is definitely our new favorite meal.

Casey tells me I'm going to turn into a refried bean one of these days. We have them A LOT, also. Thanks for the recipes, I look forward to trying them out!
